Cancellation policy

1. All Email Delivery Products Purchased from softwareguruz.com cannot be cancelled after payment completion as key will be delivered instantly.
2. Any order can be cancelled before dispatch, once dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
3. After cancellation amount will be refunded in 3-5 working days.

Any Product Purchased from softwareguruz.com can be returned only if Product is sealed pack. If the product is opened it cannot be returned. Refund will be processed in 3-5 working days after receiving and verifying the Serial No. of the product received. If customer’s complaint found genuine, the original invoice amount will be refunded. If customer receives defective item, he/she should visit company’s service centre to get warranty. If customer receives damaged product he/she has to provide valid proofs like video of opening the packet received, Images from all sides of the received packet, images of damaged product from all sides etc. If customer received wrong product he/she has to produce valid proofs like video of opening the packet received, Images from all sides of the received packet, images of wrong product from all sides etc. Replacement will be done only after verifying because our packing is done under cctv surveillance. If a customer receives product outer packing in tampered condition, he/she should refuse to accept packet. If he/she receives the packet in Tampered condition. All softwares either Email Delivery or Box Pack cannot be returned.
